Lombok International Airport (Bandara Internasional Lombok BIL) is located in the South of Lombok. International flights are from Singapore with Silk Airlines 3 times a week and Air Asia 4 times a week.
Direct daily flights to Lombok are available from Jakarta, Surabaya and Bali. From Bali there are flights with Wings, Lion Air and Garunda airlines throughout the day.

There are now many companies offering a fast boat transfer service from Bali to Lombok. The best choice of Boat Company will depend on where you will be coming from in Bali before your holiday in Trawangan and also where you plan to continue on to. Also how long you would rather spend on the boat rather than on the road journey to the port.

From Serrangan harbor in the south of Bali the crossing time is 2 and half hours – companies offering this route are Island Getaway and Blue Water Express. From Padang Bai in the East is Bali crossing time is one and a half hours- there are many companies offering this route including Blue Water Express, Gili Cat, Gili Gili , Wahana , Marina Srikandi and others
From Amed in East Bali crossing time is 1 hour and the companies offering this route are Amed Sea and Kuda Hitam.
From Sanur via Nusa Lembongan crossing time 2 and a half hours with added transit time in Lembongan. Scoot is currently the only operator with this route.
All companies will also pick up and drop off in Tuluk Kodek or Tuluk Nara in Lombok and some services go via Gili Air also so if you will be island hopping send us your schedule for the best boat recommendation. Wahana also has a stop off in Senggigi for guests also holidaying in West Lombok.

The cheapest way of getting between islands in Indonesia is by the Perama shuttle bus and ferry. The price is Rp. 250 000rp from Bali to Gili Trawangan. This price includes both bus and ferry, and the journey takes between 8 to 10 hours.
If you are already on Lombok and want to go to Gili Trawangan, several boats depart daily from Bangsal Harbour. The pubic boats depart when 35 people have bought tickets. If you do not wish to wait for more people to buy tickets you can pay for the remaining tickets, or you can charter your own boat. Tickets can be purchased at the ticket office on the left side of the harbor as you arrive.
There is a public speed boat service hourly between Lombok and Gili Trawangan via Gili Air.
Charter speed boat services are also available from the private jetty at Tuluk Nara.
